Cant get primary quests... - Guild Wars Forums

Bringing my second character over to cantha, and im having some trouble getting the primary quests.

Ive found out that i need Welcome to Cantha, which is supposed to be on the Bejunken Pier, i went there and there are no acceisble NPCs there... so wth

I also ran myself to marketplace to see if I could get Mayhem in the Market...but no

What do I do?

Dockhand Quangnai is there but the way down is a bit concealed if you don't look carefully. The stairs down is just straight along the shore pointing NW. Just go down stairs and you'll reach Dockhand for the quest. Hold down L-CTRL to see the NPC locations too.
